Tuuli is a speech communication teacher and voice and movement trainer. She is a designated Linklater Voice teacher (since 2007) and Linklater work has been the basis of her voice training since.  She is also a nationally certified Alexander Technique teacher, having graduated from The American Center for the Alexander Technique, the leading Teacher Certification Program in the United States.

She has extensive communication and voice teaching experience through many years as part of Helsinki University’s Faculty of Arts and as a private communication and voice coach both in Finland and in NYC.  She holds a Master’s degree in Speech Communication and is currently pursuing doctoral studies, focusing on the effectiveness of actor centered voice training methods.

She lives in Downtown Jersey City, a short walk from beautiful Hamilton Park and the Grove Street and Newport PATH stations.
