Hayley Jannielli (she/they) is an actor, creator, and Designated Linklater Voice Teacher working toward the embodiment of freed expression in safe, inclusive spaces. A San Diego native, Hayley earned their M.F.A. in Acting from UC Irvine where she studied directly with Phil Thompson of Knight-Thompson Speech. Hayley has an extensive improv background, training with Joe Bill and Tara DeFrancisco at iO Chicago and Lucas Calhoun at UC Irvine. Hayley was the Swing and Dance Captain on the National Tour of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, and upon moving to NYC in 2016 played Lady Macbeth in over 250 performances of the hit off-Broadway comedy Drunk Shakespeare. She was most recently onstage at Mill Mountain Theatre where she played Alison in the Tony award-winning musical FUN HOME. Hayley is the Head of Voice & Speech for the CAP21 Musical Theatre B.F.A. program at Molloy University, as well as on faculty at NYU/Lee Strasberg Studio and LIU-Brooklyn/New Group Acting Studio.
