Alyssa Ciccarello
Alyssa Ciccarello is a Designated Linklater Teacher & Colaianni Phonetic Pillows Practitioner based in Barcelona and New York. She holds a BFA in Drama from Tisch School of the Arts, New York University.
Alyssa has taught voice and speech on the faculties at graduate and undergraduate programs including New York University, Actor’s Studio Drama School at Pace, Fordham University in New York and Kadir Has Üniversitesi in Istanbul; in spring of 2017, she is back at the Experimental Theatre Wing at Tisch. She served as Head of Voice and Speech at Maggie Flanigan Studio in Chelsea from 2010 to 2015 and continues there as a visiting instructor. Recently relocated to Barcelona, she’s given workshops in Catalan on phonetics for voice teachers at the Institut del Teatre & in English on speech and accents for actors at Frank Stein Studio, as well as several master classes at Actua Studio and Shakespeare/text workshops, in Spanish & English. In the corporate sector, Alyssa has been training international students in the MBA program at the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa (IESE) at the Universidad de Navarre and coaching executives from various industries in communications.
She teaches privately to passionate speakers of all backgrounds, from actors to international lawyers, in English, Spanish & Catalan.
